Most Firecore laser levels are self-leveling within a range of ±4°. If the tool is outside this range, the beam will flash. Accuracy checks are recommended periodically as per the user manual, but internal calibration adjustments should generally be performed by qualified service personnel.
Pulse Mode allows the laser line to be detected by a dedicated laser receiver (detector) at greater distances or in bright outdoor conditions where the beam is not visible to the naked eye. It causes the laser to pulsate at a high frequency.
To use Self-Leveling Mode, slide the pendulum lock switch to the 'ON' or unlocked position. For Manual Mode (to project lines at an angle), keep the pendulum locked and press the laser button (often held for 3 seconds) to activate the line without self-leveling.
