Most iCSee compatible cameras only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Please ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz network during the initial pairing process, as 5GHz networks are typically incompatible.
In the iCSee app, open the live video feed, tap the settings (or share) icon, and select 'Share'. This will generate a QR code that your family member can scan using the iCSee app on their own account.
A camera may go offline due to a power interruption, Wi-Fi signal loss, or router changes. Try restarting the camera and router. If the issue persists, ensure the distance to the router is within 10 meters or reset the device to reconfigure the network.
It is recommended to use a Class 10 Micro SD card with a capacity between 8GB and 128GB, formatted to FAT32. This ensures smooth recording and playback of local storage.
