You can update the firmware for devices like the Zwift Hub or Zwift Play controllers by using the Zwift Companion app on your mobile device via Bluetooth.
Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on and within range. Try restarting both the hardware and the Zwift app. If using a PC, check that no other programs are hogging the Bluetooth connection.
The Zwift Ride with KICKR CORE 2 is optimized for Zwift. While the trainer component may broadcast standard power data, the integrated controllers and virtual shifting are designed specifically for the Zwift platform.
