Before installing or operating the ATS, read and understand these instructions carefully. Only professional ATS personnel should perform installation, adjustment, repair, and maintenance.

  • Many parts of the ATS, including printed circuit boards, operate with on-line voltage. Do not touch these parts. Use insulated tools only.
  • Do not touch unprotected components.
  • Before maintenance, take the following preventive measures:
    • Disconnect all power.
    • Place "prohibited closing" signs near the switch.
    • Switch to "0" position and then hang a padlock.

▲ Warning

Inconsistent with the line voltage: Before powering and configuring the ATS, ensure the line voltage is within the power supply voltage range specified on the ATS nameplate. If the line voltage او د بریښنا رسولو voltage range are different, it will damage the ATS. Using it not according to instructions will damage the equipment.

The GEYA GATS-G-4P-250A is a PC grade automatic transfer switch designed for dual power systems, ensuring an uninterruptible power supply by automatically transferring between city power and an AC generator. It features silver contact points and red copper parts for stable relay control and enhanced durability.

Switch Structure Explanation

The ATS consists of a switch body and a control unit. Key components include:

4.3 Wiring the ATS

Connect the bus bar of the switch, ensuring it coincides with the rated current. Connect the control wire and outside indication wiring according to the manual instructions.

  1. The primary wiring diagram is shown in Figure 8.
  2. The control power is derived from normal power, emergency power C and N phases.
  3. I and II line control power AC220V should be connected with terminals 102~103 and 104~105 respectively. Terminals 102 and 104 are for normal power and emergency power live lines, respectively.
  4. Terminals 101 and 106 act as signal lamps to control the power supply. یادونه: 101 and 106 should not be connected with any other lines.
  5. When using the above (under) input line, the under (above) terminals I and II line A, B, C phases will be connected with copper lines or lines acting as output.

5. عملیات

5.1 G Type Economic ATS Manual Instruction (16A-100A)

یادونه: Pay attention to Main power and Emergency power phase sequence corresponding relation when wiring the switch.

The ATS supports various wiring methods for automatic and manual control:

  1. Automatic Wiring Method: Connect terminals 201-206 for automatic operation.
  2. Manual (Remote Control) Wiring Method: Use SB1 (Main Power closing indication) and SB2 (Emergency Power closing indication) buttons with terminals 202-205 for manual control.
  3. Automatic and Manual (Remote Control) Wiring Method: Combines both automatic and manual control using a selective switch (SA) and fire protection terminals (202, 204).

5.2 G Type Fire Type ATS Manual Instruction (16A-3200A)

6. Debugging the Switch

  1. Connect the normal power (I) and emergency power (II) to the corresponding copper bar.
  2. Automatic Debugging:
    • Normal power supply with electric, emergency power supply with electric: Switch I line switches on.
    • Normal power supply without electric, emergency power supply with electric: Switch II switches on.
    • Normal power supply with electric: Switch I line switches on.
    • (Refer to the switch panel white indicating arrowhead for position).
  3. Remote Debugging:
    • Press the push button SB1: Switch I line switches on.
    • Press push button SB2: Switch II line switches on.
  4. Automatic/Remote (Manual) Debugging:
    • When the function selection switch is in the automatic position: The switch should act as required for item 1.
    • When the function selection switch is in the remote (manual) position: The switch should act as required for item 2.
  5. When the switch is in the position of switch on I line or II line, the signal lamp on the panel should indicate correspondingly.
  6. After debugging, close the power supply first, and transfer the switch to the "0" position by handle (middle position, refer to the switch panel white indicating arrowhead).

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of your ATS. Always follow the safety precautions outlined in Section 1 before performing any maintenance.

  • Switch not transferring: Check power supply to both main and emergency sources. Verify control wiring and settings. Ensure the switch is not in manual override or locked position.
