• Conveyor table adjust button: The front and back, and up and down positions of the conveying table are adjustable, which can be adjusted according to the size of the product.

Before operating the SF150W, ensure it is properly set up:

3. Conveyor Table Adjustment:
   • Use the conveyor table adjust button (refer to Figure 3.6) to set the height and position of the conveyor table.
   • Adjust it to align with the size of the product bags you will be sealing, ensuring the bags pass smoothly through the sealing area.
4. Printing Wheel Installation (Optional): If date or character printing is required, install the appropriate steel pressing printing wheels. Ensure they are correctly aligned for clear impressions.

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of the SF150W:

3. Set Sealing Speed: Adjust the speed knob on the control board to the desired sealing speed (0-12 m/min). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.
4. Feed Bags: Place the open end of the bag onto the conveyor belt, guiding it into the sealing area. The machine will automatically feed and seal the bag.
5. Printing (If applicable): If printing is enabled, ensure the print words wheel pressure is correctly set using the dedicated button (refer to Figure 3.5).
6. Horizontal vs. Vertical Operation:
   • For dry articles, operate the machine in its standard horizontal configuration.
   • For liquid articles, the machine can be adjusted to a vertical configuration to prevent spills during sealing.

• Sealing Belt Inspection: Check the sealing belt for wear, tears, or signs of deviation. Ensure the anti-coupling bearing is functioning correctly to maintain proper belt alignment.
• Heating and Cooling Blocks: Ensure the heating and cooling blocks are clean and free from obstructions to maintain efficient temperature control and heat dissipation.
