The ORICO M.2 NVMe Magnetic SSD Enclosure is a high-performance external storage solution designed for M.2 NVMe 2230/2242 SSDs, offering 10Gbps data transfer speeds and up to 100W Power Delivery (PD). It features a magnetic design for easy attachment to compatible devices and the AP42F model includes dual TF/SD card slots for expanded functionality. It is compatible with a wide range of operating systems and devices, including Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.

Note: Enclosure only (SSD not included). For mobile use, SSDs <4.5W are recommended. Higher-power SSDs may require PD port power. Excessive power may cause disconnections during recording.

Follow these steps to install your M.2 NVMe SSD into the enclosure.

- احاطه پرانیزئ: Unscrew and gently remove the bottom cover of the enclosure.

- هارډ ډرایو نصب کړئ: Carefully insert your M.2 NVMe SSD into the slot at a 30-degree angle. Gently push down and secure it with the provided rear screw. Ensure the SSD is properly seated.

5.2 Data Transfer and Power Delivery

5.3 TF/SD Card Reader Functionality (AP42F Model Only)
The AP42F model includes dual slots for TF and SD cards.

- Insert your TF or SD card into the corresponding slot.
- The enclosure supports USB 3.0 high-speed data transfer for memory cards, with theoretical read speeds up to 90MB/s.

- SSD Compatibility: While the enclosure supports M.2 NVMe 2230/2242 SSDs, ensure your SSD is NVMe and not SATA, as they use different protocols.
- Thermal Pad: Always use the provided thermal pad during SSD installation. It's crucial for heat dissipation, especially during prolonged high-speed transfers, to prevent throttling and ensure drive longevity.
