The MS8268 Multimeter requires three (3) AAA batteries for operation. Batteries are not included with the device.

1. Measuring DC/AC Voltage (V):

1. Turn the rotary switch to the "V" position (DC Voltage) or "mV" position (millivolts).

5. Measuring Frequency (Hz):
