Physical Features and Components

The Mitel Aastra 6869i features a large color display and a comprehensive set of keys for efficient communication. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the phone's components.

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. د میز سټینډ سره وصل کړئ: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. هینډسیټ وصل کړئ: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).

   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated غږیز میل button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

لارښود / اړیکې

Access your phone's directory by pressing the لارښود soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the ډایل کړئ soft key to initiate a call.

Adjust the volume during a call using the حجم پورته او حجم ښکته buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.
