This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Sharp SPC569 Desktop Dual Alarm Clock. This clock features atomic time synchronization, a vibrant color display, dual alarm settings, and a calendar display. 1. Connect the provided AC adapter to the clock's power input jack.
2. Plug the AC adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.

For uninterrupted alarm function and to retain time/alarm settings during power interruptions, install backup batteries.

1. Locate the battery backup compartment on the rear of the clock.

The clock automatically attempts to synchronize with the WWVB atomic time signal. This process may take up to 3 days to establish a strong signal. For best reception, place the clock near a window.

• During the atomic signal search, the screen may temporarily go dark. It will re-illuminate once the signal is located and time is set.
• The atomic clock will automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST) if the DST setting is enabled.

Setting Time Zone and DST

Use the buttons on the rear panel (refer to Figure 3).

Manual Time and Calendar Setting

Setting Dual Alarms

The clock features two independent alarms, Alarm 1 and Alarm 2.

Snooze and Dimmer Function

لوی ننوز / ډمیر button on top of the clock serves two functions:

• سنوز: When an alarm sounds, press this button to temporarily silence the alarm for a few minutes (default snooze duration). The alarm will sound again after the snooze period.
• ډیمر: When the alarm is not sounding, press this button repeatedly to cycle through different display brightness levels (e.g., High, Medium, Low).
