4. ترتیب کول
The THRIVE MD-450 is designed for easy setup:
- Unpack the massager and all its components from the box.

- Plug the power cord into a standard AC100V 50/60Hz electrical outlet.

5. عملیاتي لارښوونې
Follow these steps to operate your THRIVE MD-450 Kneading Massager:
5.1 د کنټرول پینل

- د بریښنا تڼۍ (⑂): د مساجر د فعالولو یا بندولو لپاره فشار ورکړئ.
- Mode Button (▲): Cycles through the two automatic modes (Automatic I and Automatic II).
- Speed Buttons (»): Adjusts the speed in continuous mode between Fast (» Fast) and Slow (» Slow).
5.2 Usage for Different Body Parts
The massager can be used on various parts of the body. Adjust the position and hold the grips as shown:

- Neck/Shoulders: Place the massager around your neck and shoulders, holding the arm straps to adjust pressure and position.
- کمر: Position the massager on your lower back or waist area, using the arm straps to secure it.
- رانونه: Place the massager on your thighs. You can hold the main unit or the straps to keep it in place.
The massager will automatically turn off after approximately 10 minutes of continuous operation to prevent overuse.

7. ستونزه حل کول
If you encounter any issues with your massager, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
