This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective installation, operation, and maintenance of your X-BULL 3500LBS Electric Winch. This 12V electric winch features a synthetic rope and is designed for towing applications on ATVs and UTVs. Proper installation is critical for the safe and efficient operation of your winch. A mounting bracket is required for installation and is not included with this product.

1. Secure the winch to a suitable mounting bracket (not supplied) on your ATV/UTV. Ensure the bracket is robust enough for the winch's pulling capacity.
2. Use the provided mounting bolt pattern and hardware to firmly attach the winch.

4.2 بریښنایی پیوستون

1. Connect the 12.6-inch yellow and blue leads from the winch motor to the solenoid.
2. Connect the 67.7-inch red and black leads from the solenoid to your vehicle's 12V battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). Ensure connections are tight and secure.
3. Install the handlebar-mounted rocker switch according to your vehicle's setup and connect it to the solenoid.

4.3 Fairlead and Hook Installation

1. Attach the aluminum hawse fairlead to the winch mounting plate, ensuring the synthetic rope passes smoothly through it.
2. Secure the 1/4 inch clevis hook to the end of the synthetic rope.

5.1 Clutch Operation

The winch features a clutch knob with two positions:

• Freespool: Rotate the knob to 'Freespool' to manually pull out the synthetic rope without motor power. This is useful for quickly deploying the rope to the anchor point.
• بوخت: Rotate the knob to 'Engaged' to lock the drum, allowing the motor to wind or unwind the rope. Ensure the clutch is fully engaged before any winching operation.

The winch can be operated using either the handlebar-mounted rocker switch or the wireless remote controls.

• Handlebar-Mounted Rocker Switch: Press the 'IN' button to retract the rope and the 'OUT' button to extend the rope.

5.3 Winching Techniques

• For increased pulling power or to change the direction of pull, utilize a snatch block.
• Ensure the synthetic rope is spooled evenly on the drum to prevent damage.
• Avoid side pulls that can damage the winch or rope.
