The HIBREW H10A is a programmable semi-automatic espresso machine designed for home and office use. It features a 19-bar high-pressure pump, a brushed stainless steel body, and a steam wand for milk frothing. Its programmable functions allow for precise control over coffee extraction and milk preparation.

The machine features a 1.8L removable water tank. Lift the tank from the back of the machine, fill it with fresh, cold water, and securely place it back into position.

Press the power button (usually indicated by a universal power symbol) to turn the machine on or off. The machine will undergo a brief heating cycle upon startup.

• Pre-infusion Time Adjustment: Press and hold the single cup and double cup buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to enter pre-infusion time setting (0-10 seconds). Use the single/double cup buttons to adjust.
• Extraction Temperature Adjustment: Press and hold the single cup/double cup button for 2 seconds to enter temperature setting. Adjust hot extraction temperature (90°C-95°C) or cold extraction temperature (25°C).
• Brew Volume Adjustment: Press and hold the single cup/double cup button for 2 seconds to customize the capacity (single cup: 35-150ml, double cup: 70-300ml).
• Steam Temperature Adjustment: Press and hold the steam button for 2 seconds to customize the steam temperature setting (125°C-150°C).
• Temperature Display Conversion: د سیلسیس (°C) او فارنهایټ (°F) نندارې ترمنځ بدل کړئ.

5.3 د ایسپریسو جوړول

1. د قهوه پخول: Use freshly ground coffee beans. For optimal espresso, a fine grind is recommended. The machine is compatible with a 58mm portafilter.
2. Filling and Tamping: Place the desired filter basket into the portafilter. Fill with ground coffee and tamp evenly with firm pressure. Wipe any excess grounds from the rim.

4. پخول: Place your cup(s) under the portafilter spouts. Press the single or double cup button to start brewing. The machine will automatically stop based on your programmed brew volume.

The powerful steam system with a 270° rotatable steam wand allows for quick production of dense hot milk froth for lattes and cappuccinos.

1. Ensure the machine is heated to steam temperature (125°C-150°C).

3. Submerge the steam wand tip just below the surface of the milk.
4. Turn the steam knob to activate the steam. Move the pitcher up and down to create froth.

5.5 Cup Warming Function

The top of the espresso machine features a cup warming tray. Place your espresso cups on this tray to keep them warm, ensuring your coffee stays hot longer after brewing.
