- Attach Support Arms: Extend the adjustable support arms from the outer sieve. These arms are designed to rest securely over various container sizes, including standard 5-gallon buckets and honey pans. The total reach of the arms is 16.5 inches.
- Position Strainer: Place the assembled strainer with its extended arms over your chosen honey collection container. Ensure the strainer is stable and level to prevent spills during use.

- Prepare Honey: For optimal filtration, ensure your honey is at a suitable temperature (typically room temperature or slightly warmer) to allow it to flow easily through the meshes.
- Pour Honey: Slowly pour the raw honey, including any wax cappings or impurities, into the top (coarse) sieve.
- Dual Filtration Process: The upper 1875 micron mesh will capture larger particles such as wax cappings, bee fragments, and other significant debris. The honey will then pass through to the lower 650 micron mesh, which will further refine it by removing finer particles, pollen, and smaller impurities.
- ټولګه: Allow the honey to drip naturally through both sieves into your collection container. The dual-layer design ensures a consistently smooth and light-colored final product.

- If honey still contains fine particles, consider a second pass through the fine sieve or using a finer mesh cloth (not included) in conjunction with the strainer.
