Assembly typically requires two people. Please ensure all parts are present before beginning. Refer to the included assembly diagram for detailed steps.

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and compare with the parts list provided in the box to ensure nothing is missing or damaged.

- Secure the pedals to the crank arms. Note that the left pedal is reverse-threaded.
- Install the seat post and seat assembly. Adjust the seat to your preferred height and position.
- Mount the handlebar post and handlebars.
- Connect the console wires to the main frame wires. Attach the console to the handlebar post.
- Attach the resistance bands to the designated points on the frame.
- Perform a final check to ensure all connections are secure and the bike is stable.

The bike offers 16 levels of magnetic resistance. Turn the tension control knob located on the main frame to increase or decrease the resistance. Turn clockwise for higher resistance and counter-clockwise for lower resistance.

4.3 Using the Console and Smart App Connectivity
The integrated LED monitor tracks your workout data including Time, Speed, Distance, ODO (Odometer), and Pulse. The bike also features a tablet holder and connectivity to sports apps for an immersive experience with online coaching.
