5.1 Training Modes (5-in-1 Functionality)
The vannect exercise bike offers five distinct training options:
- Upright Standard Training: For an intense cardio workout.
- Semi-Recumbent Training: For a more relaxed and comfortable workout, ideal for extended sessions or rehabilitation.
- Classic Cycling: Traditional cycling position for general fitness.

The bike features a 16-level magnetic resistance system. Rotate the tension control knob located on the main frame to increase or decrease the resistance. Higher numbers indicate greater resistance.

5.3 Seat and Position Adjustment
The padded seat is adjustable to 8 different height levels to accommodate users from 145 cm to 195 cm. The innovative elastic bolt allows for effortless adjustment between upright and semi-recumbent positions without needing to twist or unscrew.
