Power on the new device and wait until the status LED turns solid red. Then, press the 'Sync' button on both the controller and the agent device to begin the pairing process.
A solid green LED typically indicates a successful internet connection. A slowly flashing red LED on an agent device means it has lost connection to the main router.
CastleNet products are generally warranted for one year from the date of delivery against defects in material or workmanship, subject to normal use conditions.
