Download the latest firmware file from the official Godox website downloads section, connect the device to your computer (often while pressing a specific button like 'Menu' or 'Mode'), and use the Godox Firmware Launcher to complete the update.
The E1 error code typically indicates a malfunction in the flash recycling system. Try cleaning the contacts, replacing the batteries, and rebooting the device. If the issue persists, the unit may require professional service.
The reset procedure varies by model but often involves holding specific buttons (such as the 'Mode' or '+' and '-' buttons) while powering on the device, or selecting 'Factory Reset' from the on-screen menu system.
