Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds with a pen. The LED will flash blue to indicate a successful reset. Note that this deletes your existing configured system.

A red flashing LED indicates the network connection has failed or the camera has a weak signal. Try moving the camera closer to your router or re-running the Wi-Fi pairing process in the app.
