Download the Imou Life app, create an account, tap the '+' icon to add a device, and follow the on-screen instructions to scan the QR code and select your Wi-Fi network.
Press and hold the reset button on the camera for approximately 5 to 10 seconds until the device beeps or resets, making it ready for network configuration.
In the Imou Life app, go to the device settings, select 'Share Device', and enter the registered email address or phone number of the family member's Imou Life account.
Check your power connection and Wi-Fi signal. If the issue persists, reset the camera and reconfigure the network settings via the app.
