Press and hold the button until the LED flashes red, release it, then press and hold again until it flashes rapidly. The LED will turn green then solid red, confirming it is ready to pair again.
A flashing red LED indicates the device memory is full, usually after a failed pairing attempt. You will need to clear the memory by performing a master reset.
The neutral wire is not essential for the LP21 and LP22 Smart Dimmers, though one should be connected if it is present in your wiring.
