This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your Snooker SK-500P Split Type Ice Maker. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the machine and keep it for future reference.

• ډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې ماشین په سمه توګه مینځل شوی.

• Keep hands and tools away from moving parts during operation.

4. ترتیب کول

4.1 پیک کول

• Carefully remove the ice maker and all packaging materials from the carton.
• Inspect the machine for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
• Ensure all accessories are present (e.g., water inlet hose, drain hose, ice scoop).

4.2 ځای

5. عملیاتي لارښوونې

5.1 ابتدايي پیل

1. After connecting water and power, turn on the main power switch.
2. The machine will initiate a self-check and fill the water reservoir.
3. Press the "ON/OFF" button on the digital control panel to start ice production.

The digital control panel allows for easy adjustment of ice thickness and provides fault reporting. Refer to the panel for indicators and controls.

• The machine will automatically cycle through freezing and harvesting stages.
• Ice cubes will drop into the storage bin once harvested.
• The cold light lamp inside the ice bin allows for visibility in low light conditions without disturbing others.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your ice maker. Always disconnect power before maintenance.

6.1 Cleaning the Evaporator Panel

• The evaporator panel is constructed with 304 and 316 stainless steel to prevent rusting.
• The unique patented siphon drainage system and overflow drainage constantly drain scale, making the ice more crystal clear and hard.
• The digital control panel allows for easy cleaning cycles. Follow the instructions on the control panel for initiating a cleaning cycle.

• Regularly remove and clean the air filter. It is designed for easy removal and reinstallation.

6.3 Descaling and Sanitization

6.4 Accessing Internal Components

The machine is designed for convenient maintenance access:

• The front panel can be removed by unbolting four screws.
• The frame structure allows for quick removal of the right, left, roof, and back panels for full access to internal components.
