The SMARTGEN HGM9520 controller is designed for manual and automatic parallel systems for generators. It provides automatic start/stop functionality, data measurement, alarm protection, and remote control capabilities. Featuring a 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display, the controller supports multiple language interfaces, including English and Chinese, ensuring ease of use and reliable operation.

This controller integrates GOV (Engine Speed Governor) and AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) control functions. It supports various operating modes, such as genset fixed active power, reactive power/power factor output, mains peak lopping, and uninterrupted restoration to mains supply.

Equipped with a 32-bit micro-processor, the HGM9520 offers precise parameter measurement, fixed value adjustment, and time setting. Most parameters can be configured via the front panel, and all parameters can be adjusted using a PC via USB or RS485 interface. It is suitable for a wide range of automatic gen-set control systems due to its compact structure, advanced circuitry, simple connections, and high reliability.

4.1 د خوندیتوب احتیاطونه

• ډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې د نصب یا ساتنې دمخه د بریښنا ټولې سرچینې منحل شوي دي.
• نصب کول باید یوازې د وړ پرسونل لخوا ترسره شي.
• د ټولو محلي بریښنایی کوډونو او مقرراتو اطاعت وکړئ.
• Verify correct wiring connections to prevent damage to the controller or connected equipment.

4.2 د کنټرولر نصب کول

The HGM9520 controller is designed for panel mounting. Ensure adequate space for ventilation and access to wiring terminals.

1. Cut a rectangular opening in the control panel according to the specified dimensions in the product datasheet.
2. Insert the controller into the opening from the front.
3. Secure the controller using the provided mounting clips from the rear of the panel.
